Ananda Adams' gentle flow yoga has its roots in Mysore India, where she became authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois to teach Ashtanga Yoga 25 years ago. This class combines some of the basic architecture of the Ashtanga primary sequence but in a slower, gentler practice meant to both relax, invigorate and bring focus and relief to the body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
