Yoga with Kaylan

Learn how to de-stress your mind and body through the use of healing movement and mindful breathing. This gentle yoga class is designed for those new to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to connect breath and movement and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. This class will leave you feeling peaceful, refreshed & revived.

Growing up a figure skater, Kaylan's love for movement and balance was always her passion. Upon finishing studies in Psychology, she began experiencing anxiety. Acknowledging the connection between mind and breath, yoga helped her tremendously during this time. The decision was made to deepen her practice in 2016 receiving her 200 Hr YTT in Costa Rica. Kaylan's wish is to lead others to the same light yoga has provided to her. Her practice is based in Hudson Valley, NY and she is thrilled to practice this summer with you all in our beloved Catskills.
